The two ingredients I look to avoid in lubes are parabens and glycerin, though one or both is unfortunately included in most of the well-known lube brands.

A few brands dedicated to being glycerin- and paraben-free:
Sliquid
Yes Pure Intimacy
BabeLicious by Babeland
Wet Naturals
Intimate Organics (though not actually organic)

Parabens
Parabens are endocrine-disrupting chemicals, they can disrupt the reproductive system including mimicking estrogen or affecting the secretion of testosterone. They are associated with a number of cancers as well as liver toxicity.

Glycerin
Glycerin is extremely genital unfriendly. It is a sugar derivative and any sugar on or in the cunt can lead to yeast infections, especially in those prone to them. It is also used as a suppository to prevent constipation, in other words it can, uh, do the opposite of constipation. Definitely not sexy.

Propylene Glycol
Better known as Antifreeze, classified as toxic in Canada, classified as an irritant, and linked to cancer and reproductive, brain, and nervous system issues.

Hexylene Glycol
A derivitive of Propylene Glycol. Classified as an irritant by the EU, linked to endocryne system disruption, and an immune system toxicant.

PEG
Classified as toxic in Canada, is a known irritant, and linked to cancer and reproductive problems.

Phenoxyethanol
Classified as an irritant by the EU, restricted in Japan, and linked to cancer, organ issues, and brain and nervous system issues.
