I knew the Fairy Mini Mini Wand was smaller than the massager of all massagers: the Hitachi Magic Wand. I thought it would be smaller than the other mini-type massager I owned the Acuvibe Mini. I wasn’t prepared for how tiny it actually is, though!

But, don’t let it’s size fool you one bit. It’s a powerful little thing! Comparable to the Hitachi on high when at it’s highest. Yes, let me say that again: this tiny little thing is as strong as the Hitachi, if you can believe it.

The thing that’s even more wonderful is that the Fairy Mini Mini, unlike other massagers, would be perfect for any one who enjoys vibration of any strength. Why? Because the Fairy Mini Mini’s control is a dial rather than a switch, so instead of having “high” and “higher” like the Hitachi or “high” like the Acuvibe Mini the Fairy Mini Mini has a wide range from “barely nothing” to “oh my” to “too much! too much!” Personally I use it around 2/3 to 3/4 of the way up as the highest high is way too much for me (just like the Hitachi high).

Another wonderful plus is that you can choose to have the Fairy Mini Mini plugged in or unplugged and both work just wonderfully! It comes with both a battery pack that fits six AA batteries to provide it with the power it needs to produce such strong vibrations and a AC adapter to plug it in should those batteries die unexpectedly or simply if you prefer not to gobble up batteries. This (and it’s tiny size) makes it extremely portable and super easy to use at a moments notice.

The head of the toy is made of Elastomer which is phthalate-free but unfortunately is porous so it cannot be completely disinfected and sharing is hazardous. This is typical of massager-type vibrators, however, and both the Hitachi and Acuvibe Mini’s heads are made of vinyl. There are silicone attachments which can be bought for the Mini Mini to increase sharability and avoid it’s porous nature.

Due to it’s light and compact nature I’ve taken to carrying it with me, mostly just because I can, and just in case I get the desire to use it while I’m out and about. I’ve fallen in love with it, in other words, and don’t like to part with it for very long.

I really recommend it to anyone at all who likes vibration, which really should be just about everyone, since you can choose what speed to have it on. It’s so versatile, strong, and portable everyone should own one!

The njoy Pfun Plug is my second njoy toy, and hopefully not my last. I am in awe of the gorgeous toys Njoy produces and (like so many others) covet the amazing Eleven more than just about any other toy out there. While the njoy line consists of quite a few plugs in different sizes the Pfun plug is the only one with multiple bulbs and has always looked particularly tempting to me.

The sleek look of cool steel is irresistible, and immediately after receiving my Pfun Plug I knew I wanted it in my butt. I’m not big on plugs, I prefer my anal in the form of thrusting for the most part, but I’ve always liked the look of plugs over anything else.

From past experiences I knew I would love the handle, as I’ve had trouble with round handles in the past. The Pfun Plug has a wonderful thin handle as you can see in the pictures, and the hole in the handle makes it easy to get hold of in order to pull it out. The handle is somewhat long, however, which wasn’t an issue for me as my ass is well padded, but for those with less padding in the backside it may be uncomfortable to sit.

Now that I’ve covered the handle, let’s get to the actual insertable part of the plug! It has a wonderful curve to it, which lightly rapped against my g-spot whenever I walked or moved with it in. What can I say about the Fun Factory Curve? Well, I’ve wanted this toy for quite some time, it’s quite popular and I had seen it in stores before but never got around to getting one until now.

Curve is both loved and hated, and the problem sometimes with reviewing something so intimate as sex toys is that because everyone is different no one toy will work for every person. There are toys that are mediocre which tend to run the entire continuum from love to hate, but good toys are usually more a love/hate binary because they either work perfectly or not at all. That’s my experience anyway.

Upon receiving Curve I first assessed it’s potential faults and the things I’ve read other reviewers say about it. It was softer than I expected and more flexible as well; while silicone has a wide range of pliability this was more pliable than most other Fun Factory toys I have played with. I was concerned the softness would reduce the accuracy and ability of Curve to hit my g-spot.

The other issue I’ve heard about and was worried about is the bump at the beginning. Curve has a head on it which, along with the swirls on the side, is a different texture than the rest of the shaft (this is somewhat visible in the picture above). The different texture is smoother, allowing the head to be slicker than the rest which is a wonder for insertion, but the bump on the head makes it quite a bit thicker than the rest of the toy. I’ve heard this bump can be extremely irritating and uncomfortable when in use.

So, that’s what I’ve heard. What did I think? Well…

I’m really just a beginner g-spotter but I’ve always loved combined clitoral and internal stimulation even before I knew where or what my g-spot was. If you’ve ever had to sleep in the wet spot you already know the usefulness of having something like the Fascinator Throe.

While the fabric of the throe doesn’t soak up whatever liquids get on it the nylon barrier does not let any of the fluids get through to the bed, couch, floor, or other surface below. It really does work and keep the surface below it dry regardless of what gets on it, it’s lasted through quite a few vigorous fuck sessions with one to three participants.

The only downfall of the Throe is that it has a tendency to move around and can move out of the wet spot danger zone easily during a great fucking session if you’re not paying attention to it. I’ve been in search of the perfect lube recently, these two being the seventh and eighth lubes I’ve reviewed in just as many weeks, and specifically the perfect paraben- and glycerin-free lube and these are without a doubt superior to all other products I’ve tried thus far (although there are some that come in a somewhat close second).

The first thing I noticed about the water-based Yes! lube is the consistency. It’s far from the regular lube consistency, rather it reminds me of my own natural lubrication. It’s not completely smooth or watery but has more of a natural feel to it, which is something Yes intended to do.

Because it doesn’t have any harsh chemicals there’s virtually no chance of experiencing irritation, which is wonderful and the reason why I have been choosing glycerin- and paraben-free lubes in general. I have found that the more chemicals a lube has the more likely I will experience some sort of uncomfortable sensation, which is not what I want my lube to do!

The oil-based lube is absolutely wonderful for anal play, which is what I love oil-based lubes for, and has replaced our go-to anal lube because of that. The Bare As You Dare Harness is the first one-strap harness I have used, I have two other two-strap harnesses (the Hardcore Harness and Terra Firma Harness) and while I love them each in their own way I think this harness has officially converted me to one-strap harnesses.

The major downfall of the one-strap harness, however, is that there is only one strap, and that strap goes right between the cunt lips, and that area has a tendency to… well, get wet. Very wet. When the Njoy Fun Wand first arrived I marveled at the weight of it. It’s a fairly small toy but is 3/4 of a pound (or 12 ounces) which isn’t super heavy but it’s definitely heavy for it’s size. It was also very cold to the touch when I first opened it, presumably since it had been on a cold delivery truck for most of the morning.

I first tried it vaginally with the knowledge that it probably wouldn’t work that well for me. It was still cold, which was extremely pleasant and added to the sensation, but it was just too small for me to really enjoy vaginally despite the curve and the cold. I’ve been trying to expand my experience with lube lately, but I’ve narrowed my scope of acceptable lubes to those that are glycerin- and paraben-free as glycerin plus vulvas can equal yeast, and no one wants that! Also I’ve reacted to lubes with parabens and other nasty chemicals within them, so I find it’s best to just avoid them all together.

This is one of the reasons I contacted Sliquid to see if they would be willing to let me try out some of their products. Sliquid is wonderful because all of their products are glycerin- and paraben-free! In addition to that, they have a new line, Sliquid Organics that is also (as one might imagine from the name) certified organic! I knew I needed to get my hands on some of those.

They were nice enough to send me one of their Organics line to try out, the Sliquid Organics Natural Gel which is a water-based lube unlike any other I’ve tried before. A lot of water-based lubes tend to be very runny, especially if they don’t contain glycerin which while being vag-unfriendly still has a great lube consistencey. As one would imagine due to the name including “gel” the consistency is thicker than most water-based lubes. It’s not runny at all.

The gel lube also has no taste whatsoever, and only a very slight smell. The smell is almost glue-like, or that’s the closest smell I can liken it to. However, I can only smell it when it’s right up against my nose, so when it’s in use the smell is not really noticeable due to natural body smells being more potent.

Unfortunately, it does have a tendency to absorb into the skin quicker than I would like. The more you use, of course, the longer it lasts, and when mixed with natural juices it definitely lasts longer, but without any other natural lubrication the more friction applied the thinner it gets until you are left with thin coating of lube that needs to be added to.

Due to the shortage of organic lubes out there, however, I am more than willing to reapply when needed rather than use a product with substances in it I dislike. I still think the benefits outweigh the negatives in the lube, but I realize not everyone would think the same way as I do.

In addition to all the other wonderful things, Sliquid also made their Sliquid Organics bottles “100% recyclable, and the labels are printed on partially recycled stock” which is pretty fantastic of a lube company to do! If you’re at all body-, chemical-, or environmentally-conscious I would definitely say Sliquid is the brand for you.
