I absolutely loved the first Rough Sex so I had high expectations when I heard the second video in the series was coming out. Luckily Rough Sex 2 did not disappoint in the least. In fact, it was kinkier and sexier than the first one!

[Dylan + Madison : Cake]

 

I was both exicited and unsure about this scene as it started, but upon watching and re-watching I have come to an understanding with it. I love both Dylan Ryan and Madison Young, and I knew that a scene with both of them would be awesome. I loved the concept of Madison as Dylan’s Submissive having baked her a birthday cake as a surprise and getting rewarded by being beaten and fucked. [Bobbi + James : Eyes]

You may or may not have wanted to know that. In other words: this scene is amazingly hot (or, at least I think so). [Claire + April : Petals]

There is so much awesome with this scene, I don’t know where to begin. I’m not a big fan of pink, but on April it is adorable and coupled with all the wonderfully nasty things they do to each other it is actually kind of radical. Pretty pink petals down on the floor and a pink room call up cutesy flowery images of soft sensual sex, not rough wrestling, slapping, and fucking. Seriously awesome. While their chemistry is nothing like Bobbi and James’ (though that’s not really a fair comparison) they are clearly having a great time together. [Madison + Nathan : Pony]

I’ve not done much animal play, but I know people who have. What struck me with this scene was I actually enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Here are some random thoughts about the scene. Getting off on being uncomfortable is hot. Double oral with a flesh cock and a carrot is actually pretty hot. Not so sure how I feel about the carrot being used vaginally, especially without a condom, but I didn’t mind it, and Nathan sucking the side of the carrot after it was in Madison’s cunt is hot. Truthfully, I thought two-thirds of the execution of the scene is awesome, the other third left something to be desired. Mark and Adrianna are super hot in this scene, they have a great connection and Mark really knows what he is doing. He talks in the opening to the scene about looking at rough sex/power play as an opportunity for him to lead the Bottom in a journey, and that is definitely what he does. I had seen Adrianna in Rough Sex and I didn’t care too much for her, she just wasn’t that exciting for me, but in this scene that all changed, perhaps at least partially due to a better partner.

I just didn’t find Chayse sexy at all. During the interview she showed some promise, but her performance was the first and last time I was reminded I was watching a porno instead of a sexy documentary on people who have rough sex. By this I mean, she acted like a hegemonic porn star, or at least that was my perception. While she didn’t look at the camera or any of that nonsense it did seem like she was acting for it, having sex for the camera, as opposed to Mark and Adrianna who were there to have sex that just happened to be on camera. Perhaps this is really the way she has sex at home, but somehow I doubt it. I was mostly able to ignore my annoyance with this and focus on the extreme hotness that is Mark and Adrianna, but every once in a while it crept in.

[Sinnamon : Poker]

The reason why there’s only one name for this one (I’m following the way the scenes are titled in the DVD) is because Sinnamon Love designed the scenario and there are four men with her: Orpheus Black, Richard Mann, Shane Diesel, and Alonzo Knight. Putting up five names would take up far too much space on the screen. Orpheus is a Pro Dom, as is revealed in the pre-scene negotiation, and Sinnamon’s Owner during the scene. I was highly impressed with his skill as a Dominant, including his flogging technique, and his props. I loved that one of the men attending the poker party decided not to participate, simply watch and interact briefly with Sinnamon right near the end. When I requested the Pulse I wasn’t sure how it would work for me, and that was part of the fun. Liberator has so many awesome shapes that are easy to tell if they will work for me or not so the prospect of a shape that might not work was highly intriguing. The fact that it is amazingly awesome for solo sex seemed obvious, but what about partner sex? Could I use it to have some awesome double penetration with a partner and a hands-free vibrator right on my clit? I needed to know.

Pulse is a rad comma-shaped piece of sex furniture with two vibrator pockets and one dildo hole. It is made of one piece of champagne foam covered by a nylon water resistant slip-cover covered by a microfiber (mine’s black) cover. The shape really is wacky, but really neat. I had trouble with the LELO Mia not being able to stay in place because of how thin it is (less than an inch) and the same with the Fairy Pocket Mini, but wider clitoral vibes would have no problem. For partner sex it was awkward, unfortunately. It’s not really made to work during partner sex the way that BonBon is, for example, but I was really hoping that it would anyway. Onyx and I tried it as many ways as we could think of and while it worked as a general boost of height due to the curve of Pulse it was nearly impossible to maneuver it so that the dildo or vibrator lined up with me while he could also fuck me. I’m not sure if people with different body sizes and types would make it work or not since the curve on either end of Pulse gets in the way.

I did manage to find a few great uses for it during partner sex: oral and possibly fingering/fisting. If your primary intention is to use this with a partner I would go for a different Liberator product, especially any of their Ramps. It was not long after I reviewed the Fun Factory Share that Fun Factory released the next in the Share line: the Fun Factory Share XL. When I first laid eyes on it I knew I would have to have it. Now, nearly two years later, I finally get to share⁰¹ with you the excellence that is the Share XL.

The Share XL is a double-ended dildo designed to be used like a strap-on, only it doesn’t need a harness to work. There are quite a few other products designed to do the same thing, but this is by far my favorite. It is shaped as all of the Share line–which, in addition to the XL and original also includes the XS–each has a dildo⁰² end connected to a curved internal bulb (the same size and shape on all three) via a very curved connection. This is one of my favorite features: the curved connection and therefore way it sits. The deep curve enables the base of the dildo to sit against the mons and in front of the clit, rather than sticking out at an angle from the vaginal opening area. This is important because it gives so much better control and leverage.

However, the curved connection is also the source of the biggest potential complaint of the Share XL, the floppyness. Because of the extreme swoop down from the base of the dildo and the weight of the dildo, especially on the XL, the dildo can have a tendency to This isn’t as much of a problem for me, luckily, due to my excess of thigh flesh that is somehow able to keep the dildo in place, but for you skinnier folk out there it would be highly irritating. Of course, it can be slipped into a harness⁰³, as long as the harness either does not have fabric behind the o-ring or has removable fabric there, easily to alleviate that problem. While using it in a harness does take away slightly from the convenience of the “harnessless strap on” it is so much easier to use and wield.

I really love the bulb on this. It’s curved to give the wearer some nice g-spot stimulation with each thrust and jostle of the hips, plus it’s big enough for just about anyone to hold on to, since the smaller the object inserted the more the PC muscles have to work to keep it from falling out⁰⁴. There is a ridge around the bulb just like on the dildo to make it match, which is awfully cute, though I haven’t really felt the ridge on the bulb too much.

The ridges on the dildo, however, are so amazingly lovely. They remind me a lot of the Fun Factory Wave which I love extremely much. Without the ridges the Share XL would be almost exactly the same size as the original Share.

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to truly try this out on another human yet. Onyx is too scared of the size of it despite my promises of going slow. Actually, I got him to agree to it one night but the other toy ended up using as a warm-up was too good that we didn’t get around to the Share XL. There are many types of strap-on harnesses on the market which mostly vary on strap style, material, and cock attachment. The corset-style harness is distinct and characterized by having a wide piece that connects around the waist which laces up the middle and rests right above the ass. Corset harnesses are feminine and the wide back helps to frame the ass as well as adds to the support and makes sure the straps don’t dig into my sides while I’m wearing it. These are one of my favorite styles of harnesses.

Also, it’s easy to slip a cock in from the back so the base sits right against the skin but putting one between the panel and the O-ring is a little more difficult, though that’s technically a problem with the straps rather than the panel. On other harnesses I have the straps connect to the O-ring via snaps but these are actually sewn to the front panel so you have to loosen the straps where they connect in back in order to get the cock in place. However, I’m lazy anyway and it’s easy to just slip the cock in the back, plus that way the base protrudes to hit my clit even better.

The straps connect to other pieces via two D-rings each which are fairly easy to maneuver and have no slip that I’ve noticed. Tightening them isn’t that easy, however, but I think part of that is because this harness only barely fits me around, each of the two side straps only have somewhere between an inch or two of slack. This also connects with the problem with the O-ring in front. Neither of these things would be that big of a deal if I was a few inches smaller, I think. I got size M/L and I measure 48 1/2 inches around where the harness sits.

These two shortcomings, however, are really not that bad overall and I still love this harness and think it’s extremely comfortable and well made. It’s currently my favorite harness to wear with my Bare As You Dare Harness leading a close second. In addition to red the Sh! “Based on a true fantasy” Sugar High Glitter City is a futuristic land where sugar is outlawed. The film follows “sugar hos” as they go out and fuck for a fix while running into corrupt cops (who they happily fuck) and the Reverend Honey Dew, a reformed sugar ho who is trying to save the souls of the other sugar addicted girls. It’s wonderful campy sexy fun.

The first four scenes are rather short and including the interludes and narrated backstory into Glitter City they take up under a half hour of the film’s hour and thirteen minute running time. I love that a wide range of ethnicities, sizes, and gender presentations are represented through each of the scenes and that a gay boi/boi scene is included (my favorite scene of the film). Plus the music is great, I recognized only a few of the songs (Best Cock on the Block!) but they fit the theme of the movie and didn’t distract from it at all. The quality of the DVD isn’t great, but the scenes are exciting enough to make up for it.

Blue (Jackie Strano) and Stark (Stark) are cops known for “shaking down” the sugar hos and make Bitta Honey (Brooklyn Bloomberg) suck them off and fuck them so they don’t take her in. Jackie makes her beg for a blow pop he had in his pocket and has a gorgeous marbeled blue and white Vixen Creations cock (Leo?). The only thing that worried me a little was Jackie putting the blow pop against her clit, but the massive amount of ejaculate (“sugar water”) probably got rid of any trace of sugar.

Rev. Honey Dew (Shar Rednour) has renounced sugar but we get to see a glimpse of when she was just Honey Dew and she had a fondness for Cherry Glaze (Josephine X). Both of them are covered in glitter, like most of the sugar hos throughout the film, which is only mildly distracting while watching Josephine come.

Gooden Plenty (Rocko Capital) picks up the sugar rent boy Blow Pop (Chester Drawers). Blow Pop happily sucks on Gooden’s liquorish sticks and ring pop, literally, before getting fucked. The shot gets weirdly distorted as they fuck, maybe representing the sugar high they’re both on? The scene is actually pretty short, which is regrettable because it’s ridiculously hot and I really want to see more of both of them.

Crem de la Marmalade (Simone de la Getto) is the Queen Sugar Mama of Glitter City and Salt Taffy (Hella Getto) is her favorite sugar ho. Simone’s glittery dreads are mesmerizing and their sweet nothings to each other (in addition to the same last name) makes me think they’re an item. Their connection is undeniable and their short scene fades away into a disco ball after Salt Taffy comes. Luckily we get to see more of them later.

Rock Candy (Charlie Skye) and Miss Goldie Icing (Aimee Pearl) give us a Daddy/girl scene with Rock sporting a gorgeous purple and pink marbled Leo. Unlike the previous scenes they take their time getting to the fucking. Goldie begs for Rock’s cock, they undress each other, and Rock licks sugar (his payment for his services) off of her breast and mons in lines like it’s coke. Again, the proximity of sugar to vagina took me out of the scene a bit, but it was definitely hot. I really enjoy Sugar High Glitter City, so much so that my biggest complaint with the movie is that many of the scenes are too short. I want more of it! However, due to being short every moment is full of sexy sugary goodness that is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. Yes, I had to go there.

Oh, LELO, how I love you. I have mooned over every product since I was sent my very first LELO pleasure object. I’ve made it my mission to own every LELO product. I drool every time a new product of theirs comes out, every time I have the pleasure of exploring a new creation of theirs, and Isla was no exception. Isla is one of the new Insignia line which boasts a different look, new controls, and a completely waterproof body.

Isla comes in LELO’s signature black box v3.0. With the original line the box was black canvas with a plastic cut-out shape for the toy and a plastic cover then a big open space at the bottom for the manual and charging cord. Version 2.0 was a black cardboard box with a weird paper and plastic clam-shell type bit holding the toy inside and a sectioned off bottom which I was not really a fan of. The Insignia (3.0) version is a black cardboard box with a foam cut-out that fits the toy and one for the included Insignia Broach. On one end there is a cardboard lift-up tab to get underneath the cut-out foam where the manual, warranty, quality guarantee, and satin storage bag are stored.

I was not the only reviewer to mention disliking the v2.0 style, especially the clamshell thing, so I was extremely happy for the change to the current packaging. It’s definitely the best yet, it is both better looking and better functioning than the two previous versions, in my opinion. LELO stepped up the class of the Insignia line by including a broach with the Insignia logo on it, a triple infinity symbol, which is quite beautiful. It’s silver to match the toy’s design and not at all obviously linked to a sex toy.

Speaking of the design, I absolutely love the way Isla and all of the Insignia line looks. The cut-out handle and mix of the textures of their smooth silicone with the metallic-coated ABS plastic is just gorgeous and feels wonderful, as per usual with LELO. The metallic sides of the toy are concave and thinner than the silicone sides making Isla more oval shaped than circular like most sex toys. I was a bit disappointed, however, due to Isla’s lack of curve. It has a gorgeous silhouette but the curve on it is just not very pronounced so it doesn’t hit the g-spot very easily. It can be angled that way, however, and since it’s not pliable at all it’s quite wonderful when it does, but it takes effort.

Gone are the four control buttons of old to be replaced with three buttons: plus, minus, and mode. Intuitive enough, you turn Isla’s vibration strength on and up with the plus, down with the minus, and cycle through the familiar eight types of sensation with the mode button. Just like Ina, Mona, and the other newer LELO toys Isla’s last sensation mode that seems to play a song and even beeps. Strange but cool. The vibrations themselves are moderately deep and fairly strong. It’s no powerhouse but it is pleasant and can get me off without problem.

As I already mentioned, Isla is completely waterproof which both makes it more versatile and easier to clean than previous LELO products. This wonderful addition is achieved due to the charging port being covered with a thin self-healing silicone membrane. In order to charge it you have to push the adapter through the silicone creating a tiny tear. Even though there is a tear it is not visible to the naked eye once unplugged due to the “self-healing” technology. I don’t know how it works, but it does keep Isla completely waterproof.

While the charging port makes it easier to clean Isla also has a small groove all along where the metallic ABS plastic meets the silicone as the grooves around the buttons that all need a little special attention. Still, that is a small price to pay for the gorgeous look of the Insignia line, so I don’t mind so much.

As with previous LELO products the area around the three buttons on Isla blink while it is charging and turn solid when the charging is finished. LELO claims that two hours of charging will bring you four hours of play time but the standby time is also excellent. I charged my Isla when I got it about a month ago and have not had to recharge it since. You can also lock Isla by pressing down the plus and minus buttons at the same time until the light turns off and do the same until the light turns on to unlock it. In case you need to turn it off in a hurry you can also press down the same buttons when it is on to turn it off immediately without having to press and hold the minus button until it turns off.

Although Isla wasn’t as perfect as I was hoping for it to be I still enjoy it and tend to use it more like a clitoral vibrator than an insertable one, but that also has to do with my general indifference to insertable vibrators and preference for clitoral ones. I’m very much hoping to try out Alia and Soraya not just because they’re beautiful but I will probably be more keen on using both of those for their intended purposes. The design and beauty as well as the overall quality of LELO products makes up for the subtle curve in my book anyway.

Up until recently I’ve been a water-based lube kind of person. For the longest time I eschewed silicone lube because of my fondness for silicone toys (since when silicone lube and silicone toys mix there’s a great possibility that there will be a chemical explosion that will destroy the toy forever! By which I mean, it will warp and/or melt the silicone and make it tacky and gross and essentially unusable). However, my acquisition of more metal sex toys recently as well as my love of glass toys and a fondness for longer lasting lube than most water-based lube will deliver has lead me to Swede Silicone Supreme.

I recently reviewed Swede Aqua Comfort which comes in the same bottle that’s nearly the same color but is water-based rather than silicone-base⁰¹. While I wasn’t much of a fan of the Aqua Comfort lube itself I was blown away by the bottle. I love pump-style bottles on lube, they’re so much easier to use in the middle of sexing than flip-top or any other styles.

These are especially awesome because they come with not one but two ways to help reduce the risk of spillage: the top turns 90 degrees to lock and there is a cap to put on the top, both of these do not allow the top to be pushed down therefore no lube can come out. Brilliant? I think so. I’ve already lost the cap since it’s a pretty tiny little bit of plastic, but that’s okay because I can still lock it. It’s good to have a backup plan.

As for performance, I think it is excellent. However, I don’t have too many other silicone-based lubes to compare it to. Or, two to be exact, only one of which I’ve reviewed⁰². I’ve used a few different types of silicone lube packets in the past but not consistently enough to give a great comparison. This does seem a little bit thinner than other silicone-based lube I’ve experienced, though not by much, but it works exactly the same as far as I can tell.

However, compared to water-based lube it excels in multiple areas. Although it is thin like many water-based lubes it is silky smooth, lasts for an extremely long period of time, and it will never get sticky. This also means you don’t need as much of it as you would water-based lube so the bottle will last longer as well. It doesn’t feel as natural as water-based lube, which I don’t like as much, but it’s not a deal-breaker. It also doesn’t contain any glycerin or parabens, those chemicals I usually rant about in water-based lube reviews.

Although it doesn’t have much of a smell or taste I would recommend staying with water-based lube for oral sex and primarily using silicone-based for vaginal and anal. Mostly this is because of the consistency. Since silicone lube is long lasting it can be long lasting in your mouth and leave it feeling kind of odd. Again, not horrible, but just kind of awkward and not pleasant. It’s especially perfect for anal, however since you don’t have to worry about it drying out at all.

Overall, it hasn’t become my favorite lube ever, but it’s definitely the first silicone lube I reach for when I’m looking for silicone lube. It hasn’t eclipsed Sliquid as my favorite brand, but it has convinced me that I need to get my hands on more silicone lube.

Oh, the njoy Eleven. I’ve lusted after it for so long, had dreams about it, and ached to be able to use it instead of just fondling it in stores. All the anticipation I felt first wanting and then waiting to receive Eleven just made it that much sweeter when it did arrive.

When Eleven first arrived at my door I was ecstatic and didn’t allow it to leave my side for at least 24 hours. Literally. Eleven is by no means small. It is a toy for advanced users. It’s ridiculously large and heavy. Being made out of the rock solid stainless steel that it is makes it feel even larger inside of you than softer toys, and the weight of it makes it feel larger than other rock solid toys made. It’s completely delightful. As mentioned many times in this Heavy Metal Week by nature of being metal Eleven is wonderful for temperature play. I especially enjoy the coolness of room temperature that it seems to default to while stored.

Unfortunately, my enjoyment of Eleven is confined to when it is used on me rather than using it on myself. It’s just not that great as a solo toy since it is so large and heavy. Hypnosis has somewhat of a bad reputation as well as it’s own following in the realms of kink. I’m actually in the process of becoming a certified hypnotherapist, so this was especially interesting to me when I was contacted by Daniel, the owner of Hypnotic Dreams, seeing if I would like to review one of his stories. I’m not as interested in the mind-control aspect of hypnosis the way some people fetishize it, but being the idea of able to plant kinky post-hypnotic suggestions and triggers are both highly appealing.

I chose “Demon Seed” a non-consent themed erotic hypnotic story but there are various other hypnotic stories oriented toward women that run from vanilla to kinky (though all submissive) and a small smattering of hypnotic stories oriented toward men that are all submissive as well. Each story page has detailed information about the story and you can listen to a preview before you buy. Some stories plant post-hypnotic suggestions and others don’t.

The key to any hypnosis is allowing yourself to be hypnotized. There is a reason why the phrase “all hypnosis is self hypnosis” was coined, not just to try and get away from hypnosis’ bad reputation, but because the hypnotist can’t force someone into hypnosis who is actively working against being hypnotized. You also can’t be forced to do anything against your moral or ethical code while hypnotized, not that these stories have things for you to do, but for some the idea of a post-hypnotic suggestion is frightening.

The beauty of all the stories offered by Hypnotic Dreams is that they all are geared toward pleasure. Quite a few of them, actually, are specifically designed to help heighten sexual pleasure in various ways such as increasing the libido in general, increasing enjoyment of giving oral sex, or increasing submissive desires, among other things. They’re written and designed with the listener in mind. The only downfall of the site offerings that I can find is that they are all heterosexual. Since you get the story in a downloadable mp3 you can listen to the story as many times as you like. It was easy to download and while $25 is a little pricey for an erotic story I think it is a reasonable price for what you get: a hypnotic erotic story. Obviously a lot of thought and care has been put into this story and I’m sure all the others are crafted to the same standards.

“Demon Seed” itself begins with an introduction which is the same as the preview of the story I believe and then follows a general hypnotic framework: an induction technique to get you into a trance state, the story itself, and a count from 1 to 5 to bring you back to reality. It was quite easy for me to drop into trance with his induction without any problem at all.

The story revolves around being tricked into summoning a demon who then ties you up and forces you to submit to his will, turning you into his servant. I thought the story itself was both well written and well delivered, each time I listen to it I can feel the sensations that the story evokes quite physically. It’s as if they are actually happening to me, and I am left with a need for sex. I don’t think there’s been a time I listened to this that I didn’t almost immediately jump Onyx at the first chance I had.

The story in and of itself was not nearly as arousing as the hypnotic aspects of it. I believe that if I had simply been reading or listening to the story without the hypnosis element I wouldn’t have gotten nearly as much out of it or want to listen to it again. As this story has no post-hypnotic suggestions there weren’t really any lingering affects aside from the arousal afterward. It was a perfect introduction to erotic hypnosis for me and has me interested in more.
