I was first introduced to Yes! lube via a contest on Viviane’s Sex Carnival, in which I technically won a bottle of the water-based kind. Due to the fact I was moving at the time the bottle ended up going to my address in Salt Lake City and I told my ex-roommate Pixie that if it came there she could have it, since once I showed it to her she was ecstatic about getting some and had been thinking about buying some.

She’s quite the hippy, eats organic and basically vegan (which Yes lube is also–organic and vegan), she reads labels and makes sure nothing she owns has parabens, phthalates, DEA, basically any nasty chemical that may do harm of any sort she avoids it.

Her excitement about this lube upon reading the ingredients and going through their website should tell you enough about the product. My excitement about this lube for those same reasons but also because it is my favorite lube to date should also tell you a lot about the product.

I’ve been in search of the perfect lube recently, these two being the seventh and eighth lubes I’ve reviewed in just as many weeks, and specifically the perfect paraben- and glycerin-free lube and these are without a doubt superior to all other products I’ve tried thus far (although there are some that come in a somewhat close second).

The first thing I noticed about the water-based Yes! lube is the consistency. It’s far from the regular lube consistency, rather it reminds me of my own natural lubrication. It’s not completely smooth or watery but has more of a natural feel to it, which is something Yes intended to do.

Because it doesn’t have any harsh chemicals there’s virtually no chance of experiencing irritation, which is wonderful and the reason why I have been choosing glycerin- and paraben-free lubes in general. I have found that the more chemicals a lube has the more likely I will experience some sort of uncomfortable sensation, which is not what I want my lube to do!

The oil-based lube is absolutely wonderful for anal play, which is what I love oil-based lubes for, and has replaced our go-to anal lube because of that. The main thing to keep in mind if using oil-based lube, though, is that it erodes latex so if you want to use a condom with it you need to make sure you are using a non-latex condom otherwise it will not be safe. It can also be used as massage oil, and since it’s completely natural you don’t have to be afraid of it being rubbed into your skin or naughty bits.

The Bare As You Dare Harness is the first one-strap harness I have used, I have two other two-strap harnesses (the Hardcore Harness and Terra Firma Harness) and while I love them each in their own way I think this harness has officially converted me to one-strap harnesses.

The major downfall of the one-strap harness, however, is that there is only one strap, and that strap goes right between the cunt lips, and that area has a tendency to… well, get wet. Very wet. I can’t imagine having a leather one-strap harness for this reason, but luckily the Bare As You Dare harness is made of nylon, which is easily washed.

The major plus of the one-strap harness is also that there is only one strap. This positioning means that, while wearing the harness, every time I thrust or wiggle my hips the strap can rub against my clit. I am a very big fan of this.

The Bare As You Dare Harness is, quite literally: three straps, two o-rings, two adjustable length connectors, and some metal snaps. That’s it. No fancy backing in the front, no fancy lace-up back, not really anything fancy just comfortable and easy-to use. This also makes it small and extremely easy to wear under clothing because there’s so little of it, so it’s a fantastic packing harness as well.

This also allows it to be very inexpensive so you can spend your money on quality dildos rather than the harness.

I’ve found that while storing the straps have a tendency to come detached from each other where they are adjustable, but that’s only when they don’t have pressure on them, so when they are on they don’t do that. It’s slightly annoying when you want to get into the harness in a hurry, but it has no effect on the wearing of the harness itself.

Being a larger lady, I have the Bare As You Dare Harness at just about it’s maximum length, but it definitely still fits and there’s a bit of wiggle room so it’s easy to get it on and off. I’m about a size 3x or 24/26.

The harness comes with a metal o-ring in the front and back, but the o-ring in the front is connected via snaps, meaning you can replace it with different sized rings if you have them so the Bare As You Dare harness can be used with dildos from Bandito to Brando and anywhere in between or beyond.

Any time I want to pack with a harness or wear a harness under my clothes this is the harness I am going to reach for. Really any time I want to fuck I’m going to reach for this harness, though I definitely will be trying some others out and especially more one-strap harnesses, I have a feeling this one will be at the top of my list for quite some time.

For some reason I expected this to be longer, but it’s really quite short. I know it says on the product page that it’s mini, but I still imagined it to be the size of the other rabbit flogger I have, which was the inspiration for me wanting this flogger. It’s short, which isn’t bad, because that means you don’t need full swings to get at places, and it works well on just about anywhere large or small.

Like I said, I have a rabbit flogger, which is nice and soft and is “impact caresses” as Onyx and I have phrased it. The newer zippers enable each side of the zipper to close together and a padlock (shown and included) to lock the case more effectively than the previous model. It comes in handy if you have kids, live with family, have nosy roommates, or any other people you need to keep your toy collection secret from. I don’t really have that at the moment, but it’s handy to have just in case I do sometime in the future.

It’s a great size for things other than sex toys as well, you could use it to store just about anything, and would be a great overnight bag of sorts: not too big but big enough to hold a good amount of things.

I love it so much I will probably end up getting another, for additional storage and convenience, in addition to many other For Your Nymphomation products. I love pomegranate. No, seriously, I love pomegranate anything. Onyx jokes that I have a pomegranate fetish, and I kind of agree. I got the lube and the first thing I did was smell it, immediately I was in pomegranate heaven! The smell is divine and absolutely perfect, the first pomegranate lube I’ve ever smelled and so delicious, just like it’s name! Unfortunately, the taste leaves something to be desired as there isn’t really much of a taste at all, it’s kind of tasteless until you get a bit of a burst of after-flavor from the smell in your mouth. It’s good, though, and (delicious pomegranate flavor aside) I like it a lot better than most flavored lubes because the taste isn’t super strong or disgusting like a lot of flavored lubricants out there.

Flavored lubes are great for oral, especially with a condom to reduce on that latex taste, and just in general to add additional flavor, so I used this on Onyx briefly the other night. BabeLicious Lube is more gel-like than most water-based lubes which means it’s nice and thick but it also means it feels more gel-like in your mouth. When using my mouth on his cock after applying the lube I found the lube left a bit of a layer in my mouth as well, which wasn’t unpleasant but was definitely different. I thought it added to the blowjob, and may be great for someone who has issues with drymouth or something like that.

I found that when stroking with the lube it tended to soak into the skin rather quickly, though it still left a layer on his cock which added to the overall experience, but it didn’t stay wet the entire time, which was a little annoying. Having to re-apply lube isn’t something I’m not used to (yes, double-negative, I know) especially because I favor water-based lube that is also glycerin-free. Comparatively against other glycerin-free lubes it holdes up very well, but if you’re used to using water-based lubes with glycerin and don’t care about glycerin in lubes potentially causing yeast infections you may not like this lube. After being thoroughly disappointed with the Sex Clean Toy Cleaner I was sent to review I picked up this Anti-Bacterial Toy Cleaner on the fly when at a local shop.

In looking into some of the ingredients, however, I was a little disappointed though not surprised. This toy cleaner uses triclosan to kill bacteria though also has Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone within it both of which are supposed to be somewhat anti-bacterial and both of which are irritants. Granted, this cleaner isn’t going directly on you and only a small part amount of it will be getting on you at all, but that was still a little worrysome.

Due to this I have taken to using the spray cleaner directly after use of a toy for ease of clean-up and the convenience of being able to spray-clean a toy without having to get out of bed post use. However, before using the toy again I make sure to wash it, just to be extra careful about the irritants coming in contact with my sensitive bits. Is this overly cautious? Maybe. However, since I’ve had reactions to chemicals in my cunt before (can we say ow?) I am a fan of erring on the side of caution.

I really do like this spray, however, irritants aside. I admit I haven’t delved into the information on every single ingredient yet, but for the most part I think it’s super convenient and a great way to clean toys. Not everyone is as overly cautious about chemicals as I am as well, and I still rate it at a four regardless of potential reactions.
